Belief Assessment
Motivation
The Belief Assessment Study is a tool for identifying and prioritizing issues from an employee viewpoint. By focusing management on these issues, performance and results may be greatly improved. The Belief Assessment dramatically improves management/employee communication and creates an environment for positive changes, translating to greater employee productivity.
Description
CEM conducts a Belief Assessment in five stages:
  1. Issue Identification. Interviews are conducted with employees and management to identify key issues.
  2. Employer/Manager Survey. A questionnaire is designed and distributed to a cross-section of employees and managers and completed anonymously.
  3. Analysis. An in-depth segmentation analysis highlights major issues and problem areas within the facility.
  4. Review. Results of the analysis are reviewed with management in a forum designed for open discussion.
  5. Resolution. Consensus is reached and a plan developed to address key issues affecting worker and facility performance.
