In response to growing concerns about product liability loss exposures, CEM offers liability services. To offer such services CEM maintains extensive knowledge of liability insurance coverage issues, developing areas of tort law, and changing potentials for liability losses. CEM assists clients by addressing loss exposures associated with premises liability (including exposures to negligent security lawsuits), liability of operations, products/completed operations liability, employment-related bodily injury exposures to the Commercial General Liability policy, and issues pertaining to managing certificates of insurance and risk transfer. This is accomplished through evaluation, assessment, and training to establish programs for liability loss control.
